The 6th RNAi China conference was held on October 10th and 11th at Kunshan as expected. A host of leading experts in the fields of oligonucleotide research and drug development from both academia and industry including Ractigen Therapeutics’s CEO Dr. Long-Cheng Li participated in this conference, and 14 keynote speeches as well as 40 reports were presented there.

It is worth mentioning that Ractigen CSO Dr. Robert F. Place delivered a keynote speech entitled “RNA Activation (RNAa): Selective activation of endogenous gene expression by small activating RNAs as a platform for drug development”, which explained Ractigen’s unique platform for saRNA drug discovery and summarized its current progress in developing saRNA drugs. His speech stimulated a lot of discussion and was well received.
